At the moment we don’t offer same-day delivery.
However, we do ship fast most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened or consumed items.
If something was wrong with the product, please contact us we’ll make it right.

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it right away no worries.

Yes, products must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition

If the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect return shipping is free.
For all other returns, shipping costs are at the customer’s expens

Yes! If the product is unopened, you can request an exchange for another flavor.
Just contact us and we’ll arrange it.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times depend on your location, but typically range from 1–5 business days. The shipping time is also dependant on the location
